I am seeking a motivated individual I can train to become an Agency Owner within one year.

You will be required to learn our proven sales system and, as a manager, to help hire and train new agents. I am looking for a strong team leader who is willing to dedicate their heart and soul to their work.

This position offers an incredible commission structure.

We utilize a streamlined lead generation system, eliminating cold calling.

This system connects you with qualified buyers who have a need for our products.

Our letter offers to pay off their mortgage in case of death or cover payments during critical illness or disability.

Clients pay a premium for this protection, and if they remain healthy at the end of the term, they receive their money back, with certain coverage.

Interested homeowners complete mini-applications and request a callback to discuss their options.

There is no cold calling; only those requesting information will be contacted.

Basic Job Description :

• This is a remote (work from home) position.
• Seeking a sales associate to call clients, set appointments, discuss suitable mortgage protection plans, and complete electronic applications.
• Full-time agents typically contact 12-15 families weekly.

Some agents start part-time and transition to full-time. Compensation includes 100% commissions, bonuses, passive income for mentors, team leaders, key leaders, and agency owners.
