Insurance Agent / Agency Owner

I am looking for someone I can train to become an Agency Owner within a year.

You will be required to learn our proven sales system and, as a manager, to help hire and train new agents. I am looking for a strong team leader who is willing to put his heart and soul into his work.

This position offers an incredible commission structure.

We have a streamlined lead generation system, so there is no cold calling involved.

The system puts you in front of qualified buyers who have a need for the product.

• Interested homeowners fill out mini-applications and mail them back to request a call to set an appointment and review options.

Basic Job Description :

• This is a remote (work from home) position.
• I am seeking a sales associate to call clients, set appointments, discuss suitable mortgage protection plans, and fill out electronic applications.
• Our full-time agents contact 12 to 15 families per week.

Some agents start part-time and move to full-time. Compensation includes 100% commissions and bonuses, with passive income opportunities for mentors, team leaders, key leaders, and agency owners.
