Insurance Agent / Agency Owner

I am seeking a dedicated individual I can train to become an Agency Owner within a year.

You will be expected to learn our proven sales system and, as a manager, to help hire and train new agents. I am looking for a strong team leader who is willing to put their heart and soul into their work.

This position offers an incredible commission structure.

We utilize a streamlined lead generation system, eliminating cold calling.

This system connects you with qualified buyers who have a need for our products.

Basic Job Description :

• This is a remote (work from home) position.
• I am looking for a sales associate to call clients, set appointments, discuss suitable mortgage protection plans, and complete electronic applications.
• Our full-time agents typically contact 12 to 15 families per week.

Some agents start part-time and transition to full-time. This role offers 100% commissions and bonuses, with passive income opportunities for mentors, team leaders, key leaders, and agency owners.
