Insurance Agent / Agency Owner

I am looking for someone I can train to become an Agency Owner within a year.

You will be required to learn our proven sales system and, as a manager, to help hire and train new agents. I am looking for a strong team leader who is willing to put his or her heart and soul into their work.

This position offers an incredible commission structure and utilizes a streamlined lead generation system, eliminating cold calling.

The system connects you with qualified buyers who have a need for our products.

We target homeowners who have recently bought or refinanced a home, mailing thousands of letters weekly, offering mortgage protection in case of death, critical illness, or disability.

Interested homeowners fill out mini-applications requesting callbacks to discuss options. Only interested leads are contacted—no cold calling involved.

Basic Job Description :

• This is a remote (work from home) position.
• Seeking a sales associate to call clients, set appointments, discuss mortgage protection plans, and complete electronic applications.
• Full-time agents typically contact 12 to 15 families weekly.

Some agents start part-time and transition to full-time. Compensation includes 100% commissions, bonuses, and passive income opportunities for mentors and leaders.
