Alfa Insurance is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Insurance Agency Owners, offering the opportunity to build and manage an Alfa-branded agency in the southeastern United States with the support of a top-rated, multi-line insurer.

You will develop personalized solutions for clients, oversee daily operations, lead staff, and drive growth through sales while delivering exceptional service and training resources from Alfa.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or business owner experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
• Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
• Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives.
