Alfa Insurance is seeking ambitious individuals to build and manage their own independent agency under the Alfa brand. You will provide personalized insurance solutions, oversee daily operations, and cultivate long-term client relationships across a multi-line portfolio.

Ideal candidates bring leadership or business ownership experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to obtain the required P&C and Life licenses.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or business owner experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
