You will lead daily operations, drive sales, serve clients, and cultivate long-term relationships while promoting auto, home, life, and business insurance products.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or business owner experience; insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Persuasive communication and people skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives.
• Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
