Job summary

Alfa Insurance is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team as Insurance Agency Owners, offering the opportunity to build and manage your own Alfa-branded agency in the southeastern United States.

You will oversee sales, customer service, and staff, promote Alfa’s auto, home, life and business insurance, and build lasting client relationships. This entrepreneurial role combines leadership with strategic growth in a trusted carrier.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or business owner experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
• Persuasive communication and people skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives.
• Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
