Job summary

Alfa Insurance is seeking ambitious individuals in Georgia to build and manage your own Alfa-branded agency. This role offers the opportunity to operate a multi-line insurance business with Alfa’s strong regional presence.

You will provide personalized insurance solutions, oversee day-to-day operations, and promote auto, home, life, and business coverage while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or business owner experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
• Persuasive communication and people skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives.
• Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
