Job summary

Alfa Insurance is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team to build and manage an independent agency under the Alfa brand in the southeastern United States. You will provide personalized insurance solutions and oversee daily operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.

You will promote Alfa’s extensive product lines—auto, home, life, and business—while building long-term client relationships and pursuing sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or business owner experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
• Persuasive communication and people skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives.
• Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
