Alfa Insurance is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team to build and manage an independent Alfa-branded insurance agency. Represent Alfa’s multi-line products across the southeastern United States and drive growth through client acquisition and retention.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience, persuasive communication, and a drive to meet sales objectives. Licensing with P&C and Life is required or willingness to obtain licenses to operate.

Qualifications

• Leadership or ownership experience in insurance or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to strategize and meet sales targets.
• Currently holds or willing to obtain P&C and Life licenses.
