Alfa Insurance is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team and build an independent agency under the Alfa brand. You will manage operations, drive sales, and deliver personalized insurance solutions across auto, home, life, and business lines.

This role offers access to extensive Alfa training resources and the support of a financially stable, top-rated insurer with a strong southeastern U.S. presence. Candidates may need a P&C and Life License or be willing to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or business owner experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
• Persuasive communication and people skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives.
• Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
