Alfa Insurance is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team in Marietta, GA, to build and manage an independent Alfa-branded agency. You will provide personalized insurance solutions and oversee daily operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.

You will promote Alfa’s auto, home, life, farm and business insurance products while building long-term client relationships and leading a growing team in a top-rated company known for stability and service.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or business owner experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
• Persuasive communication and people skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives.
• Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
