Alfa Insurance is seeking ambitious individuals to join our team to build and manage a dedicated agency under the Alfa brand in the southeastern United States. The role focuses on selling a wide range of auto, home, life, farm, and business insurance while leading daily operations.

Ideal candidates bring leadership or ownership experience, persuasive communication, and the ability to execute business strategies. Licenses for P&C and Life are required or commitment to obtain them.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or business ownership experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
• Persuasive communication and people skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives.
• Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
