Job summary

Alfa Insurance is seeking ambitious individuals in Braselton, GA to build and manage an independent agency under the Alfa brand, offering auto, home, life, farm and business coverage. This role provides ownership potential and requires strong leadership and sales acumen.

You will develop client solutions, oversee daily operations, and build long-term relationships while leveraging Alfa’s training resources and support.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or business owner experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
• Persuasive communication and people skills.
• Ability to develop business strategies and meet sales objectives.
• Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
