Job summary

Alfa Insurance is seeking ambitious individuals to establish and manage an independent agency under the Alfa brand in the southeastern United States. You will lead operations, sales, and client relations while promoting auto, home, life, and business insurance products.

Candidates should bring leadership or business ownership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build strategies to meet sales goals. A valid P&C and Life license is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or business owner experience (insurance experience preferred but not required).
• Persuasive communication and people skills.

• Must have a current P&C and Life License or willing to obtain the necessary insurance licenses.
