Qualifications

• Policy questions, billing inquiries, underwriting follow-up, and general administrative duties are part of the role.
• Ability to maintain accurate client records and respond promptly to requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the sales team
• Assist with client service requests and policy-related questions
• Communicate with carriers regarding underwriting requirements, billing, and service needs
• Follow up on underwriting documents and information
• Assist clients with billing questions and payment-related concerns
• Support with claims questions and carrier claim processes
• Answer incoming calls and route messages to the appropriate team
• Make outbound follow-up calls and birthday/thank-you communications
• Gather signatures and documents for insurance transactions
• Maintain organized client records in the agency system
• Support producers with admin and service tasks
• Help with scanning, mailing, filing, and office organization
• Monitor and respond to client requests
• Support client retention and relationship-building efforts
• Provide high-quality customer service in every interaction
• Collaborate with sales and service teammates
• Identify tasks needing attention and take initiative
• Participate in special projects as needed
