Humbard Agency, LLC is seeking an Insurance Customer Service Representative to support and grow its existing client book in Overland Park, Kansas. You will service policy needs, answer inquiries, and help drive cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, accuracy, and a client-focused mindset in a flexible, family-friendly, team-oriented environment. Licensing assistance is available; prior insurance experience is valued.

Formación

• Active Property & Casualty license is a plus
• Life license is a plus
• Licensing assistance provided for the right candidate
• Prior insurance or account management/service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients with policy questions and service needs
• Handle inbound and outbound client communication
• Manage and maintain client accounts
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Cross-sell additional coverages to existing clients
• Support billing inquiries and claims-related questions
