Responsabilidades

• Generate new customers and sales through field prospecting, referrals, leads and current policyholders.
• Build relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Lead and support agent field training and appointment setting.
• Meet production goals and sales objectives for the assigned area.
• Collaborate with agents to present Company products and sales processes.
• Report operational issues promptly to enable new business setup.
• Help identify and appoint new independent agents to support growth.
