Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company is seeking an Agency Sales Coordinator to prospect for new customers and meet with existing clients to sell Insurance products within a defined geographic area. The role also supports identifying and appointing new independent agents, and accompanies them on sales calls and in the setup of business.

The position emphasizes field prospecting, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Life, Accident & Health before appointment.
• 75% personal production target for the year as an agent.
• Field training and support for new Independent Agents.

Responsabilités

• Generate new customers through field prospecting, referrals, leads, and current policyholders.
• Build relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet personal production targets to remain affiliated with the agency.
• Conduct sales presentations consistent with client needs and Company process.
• Field train and accompany assigned Independent Agents; mentor and coach them.
• Support agents in appointment setting and developing the sales process.
