Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company, seeks an Agency Sales Coordinator to prospect new customers and support delivery of sales objectives within a defined geographic area. You will also assist in identifying and appointing independent agents, accompanying them on sales calls, and helping set up new business.

Responsibilities include field prospecting, conducting presentations, mentoring agents, and ensuring production targets are met with professional communication and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Life, Accident and Health license before appointment.
• Ability to prospect new customers, present sales materials, and execute the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers through field prospecting, referrals, leads, target marketing, direct contact, and current Combined policyholders.
• Build customer relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production for the year as an agent and sales standards set by Agency to remain affiliated.
• Field train and accompany all assigned Independent Agents as needed and requested by agent.
• Mentor and coach established Agents by conducting field training or accompanying them during Sales visits as needed.
• Promptly report any operation issues in setting up a new piece of business.
