Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company is seeking an Agency Coordinator to prospect and meet with customers to sell insurance in a defined geographic area. The role includes identifying and onboarding new independent agents to support sales calls and business setup.

You will train and accompany agents, execute the sales system, and demonstrate strong communication skills to meet sales goals. A Life, Accident and Health license is required before appointment.

Qualifications

• Prospecting new customers and building relationships.
• Strong sales presentation and product knowledge.
• Experience mentoring and coaching agents.
• Must obtain Life, Accident and Health license prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customers and sales through field prospecting, referrals and current policyholders.
• Build relationships and respond to customer needs and concerns.
• Meet a minimum of 75% of personal production targets for the year.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate the Company's sales process.
• Field train and accompany Independent Agents as needed and coach them.
• Mentor established Agents and report issues promptly.
• Identify and appoint new independent agents to support sales.
• Maintain knowledge of Company products and sales materials.
