Kristin Staropoli - State Farm Agent in Tigard, OR, seeks a friendly Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, greet customers, manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and support basic administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, computer-savvy, and comfortable with sales conversations. Experience in reception or customer service is preferred; training and development are provided in a collaborative, community-focused

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Mansioni

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
