Job summary

Pronto Insurance is seeking an Insurance Agency Manager in Oroville, CA. The role centers on leading a sales team, driving revenue through local channels, and maintaining client relationships. Full-time, with weekend/holiday shifts as needed, and comprehensive paid training.

The position requires a valid Limited Lines P&C or General Lines P&C license, high school diploma, and strong English/Spanish communication skills. Competitive hourly pay plus commissions and incentives are offered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure underwriting guidelines are followed and manage deposits daily.
• Travel to store locations as needed and lead agency campaigns.
