Pronto Insurance is seeking an Insurance Agency Manager to lead a multi-location team in California. The role focuses on selling auto, home, renters and commercial insurance, while driving local marketing and revenue targets.

You will recruit, train, and coach sales agents, manage broker relationships, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines across agencies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service and sales experience is highly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required for certain locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and data entry to capture accurate client information.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services through established channels within your assigned territory.
• Review daily engagement metrics to hit performance targets.
• Execute daily grassroots marketing to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Conduct daily follow-up calls from marketing events.
• Establish, monitor, and maintain strong business relationships to drive local marketing.
• Create and coordinate localized agency campaigns to drive revenue.
• Maintain client relationships, follow up on quotes, and process renewals efficiently.
• Ensure underwriting guidelines are followed when binding business.
• Manage end-of-shift financial tasks, including deposits.
• Maintain a clean agency environment stocked with marketing materials.
• Travel to various store locations as needed.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop sales agents to achieve goals.
• Foster a high-performing, customer-focused culture aligned with Pronto service model.
• Ensure agencies operate efficiently during all business hours.
• Coordinate agent activities, meetings, training, and marketing initiatives.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales goals with management and monitor payments and follow-ups.
