Job summary

Pronto Insurance is seeking motivated Sales Agents in Oroville, CA. This full-time role offers fully paid training and licensing assistance. You will provide bilingual service in English and Spanish, handle policy changes, payments, renewals, and generate sales from provided leads and outbound calls.

Expect a competitive hourly base plus commission, with opportunities for career growth within the organization. Work hours include Monday–Friday and occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
• Paid licensing, licensing fees and renewals are provided.
• Paid training and professional development offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.
• Identify customer needs and offer insurance solutions that align with their goals.
• Process policy changes, account updates, payments and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, follow-up calls, referrals, and leads.
• Make outbound calls for reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.

Job Details

• Compensation: Hourly base pay Vs. commission.
• Schedule: Full-time availability required.
• Training: Fully paid training provided. No prior insurance experience required.
• Licensing: We cover licensing, exam fees, renewals, and provide support throughout the process. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required insurance license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish, in person and over the phone.

• Process policy changes, account updates, payments, and renewals.
• Generate sales through customer interactions, follow-up calls, referrals, marketing activities, and company-provided leads.
• Make outbound calls for payment reminders, promotions, lead follow-up, and prospecting.
• Support local marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and building community relationships.
• Handle cash transactions, balance daily deposits, and complete required financial paperwork.
• Open and close the office as needed and maintain a clean, professional work environment.
• Follow company procedures and carrier underwriting guidelines.
• Travel and work at other office locations within the assigned region when needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience required; sales or insurance experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and working in a goal-oriented environment.
