Farmers Insurance is expanding throughout the East Valley, and we are looking for accomplished sales and business professionals ready to build, lead, and grow. You bring the drive, leadership, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Farmers Insurance and District 88-19 provide the brand, training, technology, business-development resources, and ongoing support to help you build and scale a substantial insurance practice.

Qualifications

• Proven success in sales or business development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to generate new business and referrals
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Leadership ability and interest in building a team
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital sales tools
• Ability to obtain Arizona insurance licenses

Responsabilités

• Develop new business through leads, referrals, networking, and local marketing
• Build long-term relationships with personal and commercial customers
• Create referral partnerships with real estate, mortgage, financial professionals, and local businesses
• Manage sales activity and performance goals
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team as the business grows
• Use CRM, AI, automation, and lead-generation technology to increase productivity
• Build retention, cross-sell, and referral strategies
