Qualifications

• Active Maryland Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License.
• 3+ years of direct insurance sales or account management.
• Deep understanding of commercial and personal lines coverage options.
• Proficient in agency management systems and digital document filing.
• History of maintaining high client retention rates.
• Professional certification such as CIC or CISR is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with local businesses and families to understand their unique protection needs.
• Craft comprehensive insurance strategies that offer real peace of mind rather than just a policy.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing your industry expertise to help them improve their skills.
