Job summary

Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company is seeking an Agency Coordinator to prospect new customers and meet with current clients to sell insurance within a defined region. You will also help identify and onboard independent agents, supporting them during sales calls and in building their business.

You will train and mentor agents, coordinate appointment setting, and drive achievement of sales goals while presenting the company’s products and processes professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience prospecting and building a customer base in an insurance context.
• Ability to present products clearly and handle customer questions.
• Strong communication and relationship-building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers independently and meet with current customers to sell insurance in the assigned area.
• Identify and appoint new independent agents to support and accompany sales calls.
• Provide field training and mentorship to agents to develop sales skills.
• Execute the Sales System and aim to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Report any operation issues promptly when setting up new business.
