Combined, a Chubb Benefits Company in Columbia, TN seeks an Agency Sales Coordinator to prospect new customers and meet with current clients to sell Insurance products across the assigned area.

The role also supports identifying and appointing new independent agents, helps with presentations, and sets up business with them on field calls.

You will train agents, help them develop sales skills, and ensure growth by meeting sales goals and maintaining professional communication.

Formación

• Must have life, accident & health license prior to appointment.
• Experience in insurance sales helpful.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate new customers and sales through field prospecting and referrals.
• Build relationships and respond to customer needs.
• Meet at least 75% of personal production targets.
• Conduct sales presentations aligned with customer needs.
• Field train and accompany assigned independent agents.
• Mentor agents and support appointment setting.
• Report operational issues in setting up new business.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow the agency.
