Kelly is recruiting for a development program in Reno, NV, designed to train future insurance professionals and leaders. You will be guided through licensing, sales training, and hands-on coaching within Farmers Insurance–affording a clear growth path and mentorship from top performers.

The program emphasizes structured licensing, mentorship, and a transition into full agency responsibilities, with base pay and strong benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required
• Life & Health License preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to meet goals and achieve results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain insurance coverages and solutions clearly and simply

Responsibilities

• Obtain your Property & Casualty Insurance License through the sponsored licensing program
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella Insurance
• Build and strengthen customer relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management and growth strategies
