Salary starts at $42,500 per year with base pay and bonus opportunities, plus PTO, holidays, and a clear path to advancement within the Farmers agency network.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• Life & Health License preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Property & Casualty Insurance License through the sponsored licensing program.
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions.
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella Insurance products.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Learn key performance metrics and business fundamentals.
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management and growth strategies.
