The program emphasizes hands-on coaching, structured milestones, and a clear operational trajectory within Farmers’ agency network, with base salary and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• License requirements: Property & Casualty license; Life & Health license preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain insurance coverages clearly to customers.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Property & Casualty license via sponsored program.
• Generate quotes and recommend insurance solutions.
• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella policies.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships; deliver strong service.
• Learn KPIs and business fundamentals; participate in growth strategies.
