Responsibilities

• Answer incoming Medicare Supplement calls to provide information on policy status or questions from agents/insured.
• Place outgoing calls to obtain or provide information.
• Document all calls using the standard documentation system; maintain audit trail.
• Transfer or refer misdirected calls to appropriate department.
• Process customer requests following internal and client procedures.
• Produce correspondence to customers using approved templates.
• Fully document policy files or image system with related materials.
• Process Bank Changes, Cancel NR, Death NR, Address Changes and ID Cards as required.
