Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Screen and redirect unsolicited sales calls.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare and process outgoing priority mail.
• Receive and distribute incoming faxes; monitor outgoing faxes to ensure successful transmission.
• Routinely monitor department administrative email inboxes and distribute messages as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Organize and monitor office supply inventory and maintain the supply room.
• Provide data entry support to Personal Lines and Commercial Lines departments by updating customer accounts as needed.
• Perform additional clerical and administrative duties as assigned to support agency operations.
