Job summary

Walter Casanas State Farm Agency is seeking a Customer Acquisition specialist to grow our client base by actively contacting prospects and presenting tailored insurance solutions. You will conduct outbound calls, complete fact-finding, and quote a variety of policies while maintaining CRM records.

We offer a performance-based bonus, competitive salary, flexible schedule, and opportunities for advancement. This role requires New Jersey Life and Property & Casualty licenses and a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Life Insurance license and Property and Casualty license in New Jersey.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications to document sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct at least 5 new quoting conversations each day, accurately assessing customer needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
• Complete detailed fact-finding sheets for each prospect to gather essential information and ensure personalized product recommendations.
• Present and explain a variety of insurance products, including life, auto, home, renters, boat, and business insurance, aligning options with customer requirements.
• Participate actively in weekly team trainings and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
