Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of insurance experience or equivalent mix of education/experience.
• Property/Casualty and Life insurance licenses required or obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Process changes with high accuracy and timeliness.
• Answer questions on coverages, billing, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims.
• Maintain licenses/continuing education requirements.
• Develop renewal proposals for customers.
• Maintain productive relationships with team, carriers, and customers.
• Assist with training events and marketing items as needed.
• Provide exceptional service and ensure attendance and reliability.
• Follow all policies, laws, and regulations; use approved AI tools to enhance productivity.
