You will generate quotes, prepare detailed proposals, and maintain organized files in the agency system while negotiating coverage terms. You will collaborate with sales teams to grow new business, manage documentation, and ensure accurate communications of costs, deductibles, and coverage enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales locally and remotely and with carrier partners to grow business
• Generate quotes using online quoting and create detailed proposals
• Enter prospect data into agency systems and maintain organized files
• Negotiate terms with carriers to secure coverage
• Communicate coverages, costs and deductibles to producers
• Coordinate invoicing, certificates of insurance, and related documents
• Support seamless handoffs from marketing to servicing teams
• Build long-term carrier and producer relationships
