Zusammenfassung

IMA Financial Group, Inc. in Kansas City seeks an Account Specialist to support Account Managers and Executives on major client accounts. You will prepare coverage and rate comparisons, conduct audits on policies, and assist with invoicing and loss data analysis.

You’ll interact with clients and provide proactive solutions while maintaining AMS records. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and limited travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Applicable experience with insurance / client services; specialty knowledge preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain data completeness in AMS.
• General insurance designation achieved; pursuing other designations preferred.
• Project/time management to handle multiple priorities and move processes forward.
• MS Office proficiency: PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Limited travel required (less than 10%).
• Strong insurance knowledge or client specialty knowledge.
• Agility / Flexibility.
• Interpersonal skills are essential.
• Problem solving and effective communication.

• Performs audits on expired or non-renewed policies and related requests.
