Position Overview

The Licensed Insurance Customer Service & Sales Agent will support both current and prospective clients through excellent customer service, account management, retention efforts, and cross‑selling opportunities. This position serves as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and agency staff while supporting daily agency operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, professional, and motivated to grow within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and policy support
• Assist with account retention and support agency sales goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within agency systems
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy questions, changes, and claims assistance
• Support licensed agents with day‑to‑day agency operations
• Learn and follow all insurance compliance procedures and underwriting guidelines
• Utilize Microsoft Office and agency management systems for communication, reporting, and client documentation
• Handle incoming calls and maintain professional client communication

Requirements
