Jennifer O'Brien State Farm Agency is seeking a customer-focused individual for a sales position. You will establish relationships with customers, educate them on insurance options, and develop leads while following a needs-based review process.

This role offers growth potential within the agency and compensation ranging from $25,000 to $40,000, with opportunities for bonuses. Candidates must be willing to obtain necessary licenses to perform in this role.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license (must currently have or be able to obtain).

• Personal Lines Licenses (must currently have or be able to obtain).
• Sales experience in various fields preferred.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
