Position Overview

As an Insurance Account Representative, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You will help improve our customers' lives by proactively reviewing and marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career with a competitive base pay (hourly), performance-based commission, and potential performance-based bonus as you help our customers manage the risks of everyday life.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, accurately identify product fit, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to customer, team, and personal success.

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
• Saturday – Sunday, Closed.
