Team Flopez, a fast-growing State Farm agency serving the Central Coast with offices in Watsonville and Salinas, is hiring motivated, bilingual professionals to build rewarding careers in insurance sales and customer service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

• Generate new business through referrals, outbound prospecting, and community engagement.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
• Assist customers with policy changes, questions, and policy reviews.
• Educate customers on coverage options and identify opportunities to better protect what matters most.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that creates loyal, lifelong clients.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.
