What You’ll Do

• Generate leads, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assess customer needs to recommend insurance and financial services
• Collaborate with the agency team to set and meet marketing and sales goals
• Maintain a strong work ethic and daily commitment to success
• Build lasting client relationships alongside your agency team

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual, sales and office professional (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred with strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals preferred
• Property & Casualty insurance license required on start date (reimbursement of learning materials and testing fees)
