RESPONSIBILITIES:- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Outbound calls to prospect current clients and new ones
QUALIFICATIONS:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in or sales preferred.
- Must have 1-2 years of experience with demonstrated sales.
- Must have Michigan Property & Casualty Michigan Life & Health lic.
