FIRST, this is a 99% Remote Position; however, applicants must reside in the Phoenix Metropolitan Area or nearby areas.

SECOND, it is required to have at least 1 year of P&C insurance experience in the Phoenix Area OR at least 2 years of sales experience involving pursuing, convincing, and following up with potential customers (order-taking jobs, primarily customer service roles, or jobs where leads come to you and choose—these are valuable experiences but won't count towards the experiences we seek).

FINALLY, this is a base salary plus monthly bonus based on performance pay structure. The pay range listed is for the total year-end pay and will depend on experience and performance.
