Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

In the role of an Account Associate at the Pam Johnson State Farm Insurance Agency, your contribution is integral to our daily operations and the satisfaction of our customers. Your responsibilities involve fostering strong client relationships and facilitating communication between customers and various agency departments to enhance their experience. By actively promoting relevant products and services, you play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' lives.

Please Note: THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE position. Active Producer Property & Casualty License with one year of insurance sales and/or service experience is required.

Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Meet needs-based sales goals.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Qualifications

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
