Role Overview

As an Insurance Account Representative, you’ll support existing customers with policy updates, billing questions, renewals, and coverage guidance. You’ll also identify opportunities to enhance their protection by recommending products that fit their evolving needs. Your work ensures clients feel valued, supported, and confident in their insurance decisions—all while contributing to agency growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service – Respond to customer inquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately.
• Manage Policy Servicing – Handle coverage changes, billing questions, documentation, and renewal support.
