Mike Sawyer State Farm is seeking a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people while identifying opportunities to enhance their protection. As an Account Associate, you’ll manage existing client accounts, address service needs, and proactively identify in-book sales opportunities that support customer loyalty and agency growth.

This position requires Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If you’re not yet licensed, we provide full support and paid training to help you obtain the required credentials.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries and deliver prompt, professional assistance.
• Handle policy updates, renewals, billing questions, and documentation.
• Identify coverage gaps and present opportunities for additional protection or product upgrades.
• Keep client information up to date and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.
• Work alongside colleagues to provide a seamless, high-quality client experience.
