Job summary

State Farm Agent in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Insurance Account Representative to help grow the business through outstanding customer service and relationship building. This is an in-office role requiring daily presence in the Goodyear office.

The position offers a base salary of $45,000–$50,000 plus a monthly sales bonus, and benefits to be provided. Licensing in Property & Casualty and Life/Health is required or in progress; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers request.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Handle all incoming phone calls for the insurance office.
• Monitor and respond to incoming customer text messages
• Email/text late pay and cancelation warnings. Additionally, take payments from customers for their insurance policies.
• Greet customers who visit the office in person.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Present a cheerful disposition to customers who call or visit the office.
• Process insurance service transactions for customers
• Pivot to other lines of business (life and health)

As an Agent staff, you will receive...

• Base Salary $45,000 - $50,000 depending on experience
